"This is quite possibly the most disappointing shopping experience I've ever had. I highly recommend going through someone else - let me tell you why.

I placed an order for a yoga mat and socks nearly a month before Christmas (11/27) and apparently that wasn't enough lead time for EverythingYoga to get their act together. I was promised my order in a week and to expect an email detailing shipping information. Sixteen days passed and I started to get worried about not having my order for Christmas. I contacted customer service and spoke with a woman who told me my order would be shipping out that afternoon and I'd get my email later that day. It never came.

The next day I didn't get home from work in time to contact customer service again so I emailed them asking for an explanation. Saturday goes by, Sunday goes by, Monday goes by... still no contact in any way. So today, Tuesday, December 18, TWENTY ONE DAYS after placing my order, I called again.

The woman at customer service told me the mat I ordered wasn't in stock and they were expecting a delivery on the 20th and they'd send it then. Amazed, I asked why they didn't tell me about the product being out of stock when I placed the order. She wasn't able to give me an answer. I then asked why the previous customer service rep told me my order would ship the day I spoke with her. Again, no explanation. Then I asked if I had any hope of getting my order before Christmas and she more-or-less said the only way that would happen is if I chose a different color yoga mat. WHAT? No. I want what I paid for!!

Sincerely disappointed, I pledge to write negative reviews on every site possible and tell as many friends as possible to never, ever, ever shop here.

It was a great price, but then I was notified from Everythingyoga.com that the clothing manufacturer "was having production issues" on this style, and that they would refund my purchase price. I was so excited to get the yoga pants but after getting the news I was disappointed that their site still allowed me to purchase them. It ended up being a waste of my time.."

I was sent india wedding bells with beads. I tried calling the customer service number, they were closed. Sent an email, haven't gotten a response yet.
