"They sent the wrong battery connection, did offer to send another one, had to wait a week or more, son missed playing with his cousins since they all got guns at the same time when they were visiting for Christmas. He also got the wrong magazines that didn't fit in the gun. Called again and they sent replacements for those as well. So off to a pretty rocky start with an unusable gun. He has all the new parts now and seems to be happy enough with it."
