"My first order was over a week & half to receive and dhl tracking # only works once they pass it to usps. Once usps has it there is no tracking # given or way to verify where it is in the process. We had a snow storm 5 days after order placed on a sunday afternoon and accounting for time just thought the whole process of not knowing tracking # once dhl passes it on is bad business on dhl part and bad for customers experiencing delays. My son loves the quality and feel of his airsoft pistol & decided to buy more for his bday.
I gave order 2 more times and am missing my Middle order and notified dhl which omits liability and says it is in hands of usps with now way of giving Tracking # & notified evike which we have to wait over 20days to do anything more than wait if it delivers. How can I order 7 days after middle order and get that faster in 4 days and still missing my 2nd order from Jan 23"

My only issue is with the customer service via the email links never respond to multiple requests I made for help. I even tried to return a rifle on the provided website form and it was never replied to. I ended up having to place a call."
