"The reps on the phone were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. I had a defective magazine with a gun purchase which I sent back immediately (only took 2 days shipping since I’m local) for fix. The fix was accomplished in another 2 days after they received it, to which I was notified immediately even with a tracking number. This is where the frustration comes in. The tracking status reflected “label created” almost a week! Then it showed as “picked up,” then in one more day it was received by me. The two days received after showing as being picked up makes sense since that’s how long it took for Evike to receive it after I sent it back initially. I received it, no issue there. And it works great! But having sold things on eBay I know what “label created” means! It means I haven’t taken it to UPS or USPS yet. Regardless, as I said earlier, your customer reps make it much more palatable considering buying from Evike again. That along with your great selection AND good tech shop (love the checklist!) make a good experience overall. Thanks. "
