Item came in Broken

"Items shipped broken. I was okay with a smal chip on the body of the Airsoft Replica, however, the "safety" is broken". Loaded a magazine into the replica and it tore the spring out of the magazine. Weapon is inoperable. Will be contacting for replacement.

I'll see how that goes and reflect accordingly.

Product defective

"I bought a mosfet for my aeg, I paid for 2 day air shipping as I needed the product before an event. Upon arrival and installation the mosfet was dead and defective. Evike did replace the product but it took 2 weeks until I finally received the replacement after shipping the defective piece back. This is upsetting as I was not compensated or refunded for the 2 day air shipping which was completely useless. Or that at the very least they could have 2 day air shipped the replacement. Still love evike, just disappointed."

Delivery and item were good, customer service guy took a week to respond

"I couldn't find a drum mag anywhere so I signed up for the notification when they got back in stock, and every two days I'd get that notification but as soon as I checked the page they'd still be out of stock. I contacted evike support to ask why that might be, and they (unprompted) offered to let me buy stock that was from the warehouse in evike's Texas location. I was obviously excited, and agreed. The support agent then took 8 actual days to get back to me, from September 20th to September 28th. I got tired of waiting and just ordered a drum instead of a box magazine. Said box magazine was quality and came promptly tho, and I don't blame the company for a support agent taking 8 days to respond "

Usually good, but this time yikes

"I’ve been shopping at Evike quite a lot, they managed to send me good merchandise every time I ordered. However, this time they sent me the wrong product and two unusable mags. After replacing the mags, I still got one leaking. It’s so frustrating so I returned all products. Two stars not one because Evike customer service did a great job on communications. One thing to mention: if you are returning or replacing a merchandise, they said to respond with shipping details on the next day, but you will usually get the details mostly on the second or the third day."

Quite the delivery price for what's meant to be mystery boxes

"I thought it would be funny to receive a $200 item at the price of $15, but now the item is recorded to be $19 and delivery adds $22.14 the price to a straight to $41.14... and to only get a spring gun, patches, bubble gun, and hand sanitizer. It's quite sad to be honest to have an over exaggerated price for so little."

Incorrect and damaged items received

"I received the wrong item (the main one in my order!) and another which was damaged. Luckily the RMA process was able to fix my broken item with some haste, but after I returned the incorrect item, they took so long to process it that the correct item went out of stock. I now have my item on backorder."

Ur doggie et my hamster. bad doggie!

"Generally I have few problems with Evike except this schit load, in order.
1) I can't buy what you don't have in stock, which is everything except 2,628,478 variations of M4, please god end this insane infatuation with the M4. Don't believe me? Read the hundreds of people's comments sometime. I can't buy what you don't have so I spend my money elsewhere. I've had maybe two dozen items on my wishlist since I've been shopping with Evike that have NEVER been restocked. Again, read customer's comments. Many friends and I recommend using Evike as reference but look elsewhere if you want to buy.
2) You home app is clunky and clumsy. Fire you programmer and hire Ebay's and pay them whatever the want.
3) Don't send me emails asking me to confirm receipt of an order (like this one) and don't tell what order that is. That's dumb.
4) Change your shipping cost schedule. I avoid buying anything under $139 because I refuse to pay $7.00 shipping for a $10.00 item. Again, see Ebay.
5) Once again have something in stock other than those damn M4's. Again, read customer's comments.
6) And lastly, please, could your dog quit eating my sons hamsters.
