This is a response to a request for an answer to "How was your experience with Evike.com, Inc?" under the heading "Reseller Ratings."
I know I buy a lot of stuff but I'm not a reseller. Just an airsoft addict.
As for me leaving a review, look how many times I have returned to buy stuff !
Cheap shipping, fair prices, and the best inventory of any online source.
I'm not going to get an Evike tattoo, but I do like shopping here.

"First the forearm grip on the Thompson all wood gun I received didn't match the other wood so I exchanged it. Now the wood on the forearm grip and the trigger grip don't match the **** stock wood. The wood is ok but again the pieces don't match. It's a different wood grain and even a different wood stain. I am not going to exchange it again because I think the same thing will happen. Great gun but I think for $400.00 all the wood should match. All in all a good company and great customer service! Thank you

"Items shipped broken. I was okay with a smal chip on the body of the Airsoft Replica, however, the "safety" is broken". Loaded a magazine into the replica and it tore the spring out of the magazine. Weapon is inoperable. Will be contacting for replacement.
I'll see how that goes and reflect accordingly. "
"I bought a mosfet for my aeg, I paid for 2 day air shipping as I needed the product before an event. Upon arrival and installation the mosfet was dead and defective. Evike did replace the product but it took 2 weeks until I finally received the replacement after shipping the defective piece back. This is upsetting as I was not compensated or refunded for the 2 day air shipping which was completely useless. Or that at the very least they could have 2 day air shipped the replacement. Still love evike, just disappointed."

"I couldn't find a drum mag anywhere so I signed up for the notification when they got back in stock, and every two days I'd get that notification but as soon as I checked the page they'd still be out of stock. I contacted evike support to ask why that might be, and they (unprompted) offered to let me buy stock that was from the warehouse in evike's Texas location. I was obviously excited, and agreed. The support agent then took 8 actual days to get back to me, from September 20th to September 28th. I got tired of waiting and just ordered a drum instead of a box magazine. Said box magazine was quality and came promptly tho, and I don't blame the company for a support agent taking 8 days to respond "

"I’ve been shopping at Evike quite a lot, they managed to send me good merchandise every time I ordered. However, this time they sent me the wrong product and two unusable mags. After replacing the mags, I still got one leaking. It’s so frustrating so I returned all products. Two stars not one because Evike customer service did a great job on communications. One thing to mention: if you are returning or replacing a merchandise, they said to respond with shipping details on the next day, but you will usually get the details mostly on the second or the third day."
