Product knowledge could be better. I ordered an airsoft gun based on contact with their tech team saying it was indeed APS2 compatible. The product was not compatible in any way. It isn't the end of the world for me because I am set up to manufacture my own parts, but some kid excited for his first airsoft purchase finding out months later when he tries to upgrade it or order replacements.....not okay.
