Not sure what happened but following UPS tracking showed a label was created but no other action was taken for days after it said my order shipped. I inquire about it and get the standard its just and error and will be to you in several days. Well i get a notification the package was delivered to the warehouse it was sent from days later. No notification from Evike that there was any issue, so i contacted them again. Long wait to hear back from them which was met with do you want us to try again or do you want a refund. So i tried again. 2nd time no information given about tracking number or anything. Luckily it showed up the other day. Whole process took about just shy of 30 days. I was in customer service before so i understand a ton of things could of happened that they couldn't control. On the service side, it did feel like i was more of an annoyance than anything. Spending $200 on an item, you'd want to make sure it gets to you as well and doesn't get lost in the warehouse abyss. "
