"This was my first time ordering form Evike and I was really looking forward to ordering from you guys since its a company i've known about for years. I ordered an AEG from you guys that was considered high end, over $400. Well the box I got the AEG in was really messed up, it had cracks in it and it was deformed inwards from the shipping ties (most likely from storage in your warehouse). The box was so deformed that a considerable amount of dust had gotten into the box and was covering my brand new AEG. I was super disappointed that you guys would ship me a product in this condition. I know it was shipped to me this way because the box I got it in was much larger and didn't have the marks of two shipping ties/bands on the box that caused the squishing effect. This was a very expensive purchase for me and I would have liked to had kept the box, but I couldn't due to its condition. Also the fact that the gun was covered in dust was really disappointing.
Also on a side note, the way the other items were shipped with this caused the box of my autoloader to be squished and broken too, there was pieces of it all over the shipping box. This was due to someone poorly packing the items I bought. I have shared my experiences with my airsoft crew and they were also very disappointed.
Currently I don't see myself returning to do business at your company nor recommending it to anyone. There is no reason a high end AEG should be shipped in that condition. The person who shipped it gave me the top of the pallet and didn't inspect the condition of the box, nor cared. Thats what frustrated me the most about all this. The lack of care for something so expensive. I'm considering leaving comments on multiple sites just to warn people. I have pictures of the box that was shipped to me and the condition everything came in for reference. I'm still surprised this happened form such a well known company. I had a much better experience buying my sidearm form a different So Cal company and the shipping was way faster."
