"I am a PC gamer, but I cannot utilize mouse and keyboard that well due to disability. This means I am at the mercy of game updates that treat controller players as second-class customers, sometimes rendering games unplayable due to lack of quality of life features.

I turned to Evil Controllers due to their far more in depth customization of their controllers, including their paddles. I was hoping that I would be able to - through the Master Mod and other features - set up the controller so I could use those paddle buttons as their own individual buttons mapped to keyboard commands. This is sadly not the case, and unfortunately even with third party software such as ReWASD, those buttons are effectively useless. If the controller was based off an Elite, I could use that option, but unfortunately this is not the case.

Overall, decent controller, and I enjoy some of the modified calibrations, but unfortunately it is not what I hoped it'd be, and thus far too expensive an expenditure."

"I loved it. I was able to tranfer the ps4 board to my custom shell. Having more right stick tension increases your control in aiming very well. I don’t tend to miss as much as before. I would definitely buy again. "

"I am XY axis double inverted, I’m an oddity I know. Evil controllers were able to modify the right thumb stick of my Xbox X series controller, opening up a whole world of video games to me. Some people may not know, most games don’t have the option to invert them, so having the hardware already inverted like this, saves a lot of heartache for me.

"My brand new controller had all sorts of issues. It killed any rechargeable batteries i put in it after a few uses. Also killed my new headphones I got around the same time as the controller. So I sent the controller back to get fixed and they made me pay more for shipping it back this time then when I originally paid for it. In my opinion I shouldn't have had to pay for shipping at all when you were the ones that made a defective controller. So it better work and not mess up anymore of my electronics. You've already lost me and any of my family's service from this.
Ps. Forgot to add that when I got the controller the first time my dpad was supposed to be red and it was black so I had to send it back at that time too, to get that fixed. They had one job. Make customized controllers for your customers. Lmao Their customer service could use some work as well. They don't respond."

"It took over a week and a scheduled call to get a digital shipping label emailed to me. Once shipped there was zero communication with the customer service on the status or timeline of the fix. I had had to email serval times to figure out when I should expect to see my controller again. Finally received it and it works great but the whole process took 40 days!"
