4) They said it was to protect them from fraud. Credit cards will not authorize if you do not give the proper name and address associated with the card. If you are shipping to the address associated with the credit card, what is the fraud risk?
5) I refused to give them such personal information. Photo ID is just a bit of an excessive request in this identity theft era.
6) They cancelled my order, and ignored all further email correspondence.
