"CS is very unresponsive and tedious and claims the defect in my item is minor and not covered by manufacturer warranty (while it actually was after I checked with the manufacturer). Shipping was relatively slow as well. Won't buy from them anymore.
Updated: they did promise to allow me to return for a full refund though and we will see how it goes."
"Horrible customer service. I ordered and promptly received a north face jacket, but when it arrived it had a hole in one of the seams. Evo was fairly good about initiating an exchange after I sent them a digital picture of the hole, but then they required me to return the defective jacket first, and I have now been waiting three weeks for the replacement. They have not kept me up-to-date on the status of the replacement, and although I paid for the jacket six weeks ago, I still don't have it and winter is setting in. In my experience, an online retailer should always send out the replacement for a defective product before requiring the customer to return the defective product, especially when photographic evidence has already been provided that it is a legitimate defect. At a minimum, replacements for defective products should be handled expeditiously and services such as overnight shipping should always be used. I will never order from this company again."
"I purchased a bag from evo recently. The bag arrive timely and the product was as described. The only con is that it reeks of cigarette smoke. It seems strange to get a new bag that smells like a smoker has been using it. I am not sure if they are simply passing off a used bag for new, to scam me, or allow employees to smoke on, with, and around new product. Either way I would recommend buying from someplace else. On a side note I have tried to review the product on their site but they do not post my review. Seems suspicious that they will post the new positive reviews but refuse to post a negative."

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the skis today 12/8. They processed and shipped the order on the same afternoon I placed it!
The price was really good and the skis and bindings arrived in excellent shape.
