"I ordered on Dec 7th and have still not gotten my order. I got an email confirmation it was mailed and should be 3-5 days which should have been a week ago. My husband called and eventually the girl he talked to figured it had never been sent. He offered to pay more to expidite it but that wasn't an option. This was to be a gift for my daughter in Hawaii. Yes, we waited all of her other stuff to mail this with it. We have now sent everything else but nothing will be there in time for Christmas. Very not happy!!!!"
