"Extremely disappointed with Evolve's customer service. My order was split into two shipments, the first of which went missing. Although USPS says it was delivered, I never received it. When I reported this to Evolve, I was told their responsibility ended once the shipment was in transit, and that it was up to me to file a claim with the USPS. Only after I contacted them again to complain did they offer to file the claim upon my behalf, saying I should hear something from them in two to three business days. That was almost two weeks ago, and I have received no word from Evolve on the status of the claim they filed with USPS. End result: I'm out of pocket $84 for yoga clothes I never received."
