The packaging is good enough and arrived safely to Spain,framed and very well protected with bubble paper, I had customs overcosts and they went thru these expenses. I received fast answers to my enquiries and very effective.

The painting is absolutely beautiful and meets all of my expectations, you get exactly what you see and what's described on the website. All of my questions through e-mail were replied to instantly (by Gregg). The shipping was very fast and I could track it accurately on hongkongpost.com. Some slight delay due to customs inspection in The Netherlands, but this is normal. The only improvement I can think of is to have larger pictures of (part of) the paintings on the website.
