"In November 2011 I bought a Sager Laptop and a external harddrive from Xotic Pc. I received two seperate packages, my retailer was Xotic - PC, though the Laptop apparently came directly from the manufacturer and was outstanding, everything was as ordered. However the external harddrive coming from Xotic PC had the wrong size. A 1 GB instead of the ordered 1.5 GB. Xotic allowed me to return the extenal Hard drive pretty fast however I am still waiting for my refunds (return has been received by xotic pc on 1/23/12) . Today I am still waiting for the money - unacceptable. Very bad managed and very questionable business policies.
update 3/6/12: after a long Odysee I finally received my refund, as you can certainly guess from the original 175 what I paid for the external drive they charged me 21 USD for return shipment. So refunded was 149 USD.
This is an incredible badly managed comapany. Whatever they had to manage was in such an incredible inacceptable way that I will not do any business with this company in the future again.
It took 6 weeks until I finally received my money. I am happy with my Sager computer, but unhappy with the service from Xotic. Computer however came directly from the manufacturer - so no chance Xotic could mess it up. My next Sager will be purchased from another Retailer."
"I ordered a pc from them in January. Had conflict over whether I would get both the free shipping and the cash discount (fine print on hidden page said one or the other but the configuration page showed both). Wrote and pointed out they weren't doing me any favor with the cash discount since they were just passing along the savings from not paying VISA and they got more certainty about their money. They never acknowledged this but agreed to make an exception. This left a bad taste in my mouth. So did their famous "stage of build" system that never really gives you an ETA. I guess everyone accepts this but I found them to be a little smug and indifferent. Cancelled more order. Glad I did. Will order from PowerNotebooks when I am ready."

I needed a laptop capable of intensive 3d and AutoCad work.Not only did the Salesman (Justin) help me choose the best options,but he steered me into what was the most bang for my buck.The resulting laptop is the best computer I have owned and I have owned computers since DOS and 5 1/2 inch disks
were King(and cost as much as this one did).
BOTTEM LINE:good company,great salesman,good followup ...they truly want to earn and keep your business.A++++++++++++++++++++++++++++

They arranged a call tag with UPS and picked up my PSU and automaticly shipped me a new one at the same time, at their expense.
This is a company that knows how to treat their customers. I was shocked at the great service, because the few times I've had to deal with an online store over a DOA or defective product has been a nightmare."
"Their power supply is very quiet and the case is well built. I bought the 350W model with a case. I couldn't hear the PS unless I put my ear right next to it (it's as quiet as my Vera PS but $40 cheaper and 50W more). It was shipped out very quickly. "The product I ordered was the SilenX 400W PSU, and this power supply is silent. The fan does not speed up much, and the psu is not that hot either. Excellent product they are selling. Plus, they respond very quickly to all inquiries through email, and they have prompt deliveries. "These guys are alright. I ordered a PAL8045 Heatsink because they were the only ones with stock at the time. They didn't send me the tracking number but the package did arrive in 6 business days through UPS ground.
I noticed some complaints here about the packaging of computer cases, my packaging wasn't the best but it was adequate for the product. Based on my limited experience I would recommend these guys, though you might want to do a small order first if you are leary."
