"I don't know the order number because they failed to send me that!!
http://www.resellerratings.com has proved to be a valuable asset to me. I made the mistake of not reviewing a company one time and it blew up in my face. Reseller Ratings I am aware usually deals with PC's, but why not list other stores we find to be harmful or great for customers?
Here's my story with exoticbike.com:
I warned my brother to look up anything he could about this place before doing an online order... He failed to heed my warning and claimed they had magazines published and was a good company. He ordered using my card (he gave me the money and I dropped it in the bank). First of all they messed up on the email address and never sent me a confirmation, secondly when we attempted to contact them we were told to hold.... we did so for approximately 30 minutes and hung up, future calls weren't answered and emails weren't responded too (Excuse was it's a holiday weekend; what we attempted to convey to them was the fact we did this Thursday...). Third and most unfortunate they quoted him out at $259, shipping was standard and the part(s) together weigh under 5 lbs. We found out the total price was $311.96, $52 for shipping (they explained that the parts are coming from many different places). These people didn't send a receipt at all, just confirmation after the email situation was corrected. I found out they tripple charged my account and all though the $311.96 x 3 didn't get taken completely it posted and I didn't have my money until 5 days later, I am lucky nothing bounced. Finally on July 5th we got a hold of someone and explained the situation and decided we wanted to cancel do to the drama... THEY CHARGE A 20% Cancellation fee... OH! BTW, they don't ship the parts from there location, they send the request to another store they use, they are merely a middleman. Even if they hadn't put in the order they charge you 20%, regardless if they failed to mention prices or send receipts and refused to answer phone calls. Very shady company...
I looked the up on the BBB and found they had complaints unresolved regarding delivery and "less than up to par" sales history...
