This is to let you know that Doug Shellhart at Exotic Wood Crafts is not an honest person to deal with. Doug took via internet credit card money from me for a computer case five months ago......he was unable to deliver the case after months of waiting....when I requested a refund he promised to return my money (over a month ago)......but to date he has not, and he does not intend to refund my money.....he has make several excuses, all with delaying attempts....
I am seeking legal action against Doug and Exotic Woods........I am in the process of reporting these people to the Federal and State Authorities. I would recommend that you stay away from these people as they have committed internet fraud, credit card fraud, and mail fraud..........
