The customer service is not up to par. The wait for an answer took more than ten minutes each time I called. I had to call four times before I could complete a conversation with the service rep. In the other three times the call was either disconnected or I was transferred to a voice box (by a sales rep. who told me she is transferring me to someone who can answer my question) at some stage I started thinking that someone is doing this to me on purpose.
