"I recently purchased a non glare screen from Expansys and they sent me a cheap piece of junk. I emailed them immediately and they said they would refund my money. Weeks went by,no refund. I wrote again, and again, and now they are claiming to have refunded it to Amazon with some number I have no idea about. I called Amazon and the number they used belonged to someone else and it was up to Expansys to resolve it. I have done everything possible and wasted hours of my time to get the person in charge to actually do something other than have me do her job, and each time she just came up with more things for me to do, stating after I called Amazon for the 6th time, that she didn't believe me because she wasn't privileged to the conversation between Amazon customer service and me. In other words, I GOT SCREWED BIG TIME. This is a big rip off company, cheap merchandise and lies lies lies. STAY AWAY if you know what is good for yourself. These people may as well be thieves, because they will never do what they say. Who knows the account number they used is probably their own and they paid themselves the refund. STAY AWAY."
