"Responsive and helpful! I'm military, so address and billing info don't always match up. When a purchase didn't go through, I didn't get the expected e-mail notification, but I found out when I clicked the link in my original confirmation e-mail to check status. I called, got someone right away and was put through to support. Left a message and got an e-mail back the next morning with instructions on what to try so the order would go through. Second try did the trick. Next step was to apply a coupon code, which doesn't work when using Amazon payment. Another phone call, which was again answered right away. Stephanie was very helpful, told me what she needed, and I had a refund in the amount of the coupon. High marks for customer service, and I'll recommend to anyone looking for a cell phone."

"Purchased a Galaxy Nexus from Expansys because:
a. Galaxy Nexi come with different builds, only one of which is officially supported by Google - YAKJU.
b. Only the UK version for sure comes with this build
c. Expansys was selling the original UK Nexus with the official Google build.
d. Expansys' ratings were higher than Amazon and Negri on this site.

? My Galaxy Nexus came in a box with a Samsung seal that was only on one side, so it was possible to open the box without breaking the seal. Everything inside looked new except for the screen shield which was a little dusty. I could put my Nexus back into the box right now and sell it as a "NIB" item. I'm a little suspicious, though this is most probably Samsung's fault. Grr.

"This was my first time buying from Expansys-USA, but it won't be the last for sure! The sales rep, Stephanie S. was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me with all my questions, including my coupon voucher issue with Amazon checkout.
I received the product in 3 days and have yet to keep that phone down (GT-N7000)! Overall extremely pleased and wondering why I didn't know of these guys before?

I have a bad experience with the purchase of the new BLU Studio 5.3 at Expansys-usa. I expected to receive a "new" phone from them. When I opened the box, the headphone has been used and was old/dirty. The screen and plastic was scratched..........

It seems that Expansys-USA takes their customer review very seriously. After I posted my dissatisfied review, a Mr Leach at Expansys-USA contacted me and explained to me that the required forms were just their internal procedure of tracking their returns. He offered to send me a clean/new headphone. I did receive the new headphone promptly as he promised. I am very happy with their action. Thank you so much! "
