"Good things about my buying experience with Expansys-USA:
1) Overall buying experience very efficient & hitch free, from ordering to delivery.
2) Had no problem using foreign credit card with delivery to a friends address in the US. Some other vendor sites have limitations.
3) I had to contact support regarding additional information about the product, received crisp & efficient response.

Areas which need to improve:

"A horrible experience !!!
I received the product in a box with a warranty seal open, when I wrote to customer service to return the product I was told there was no problem. I returned the product and to my surprise, I was charged 10% of the total amount since they say I opened the box ( Hello? the main reason I return the product is because the box was already opened and I did explained that to you in a very clear email when I asked to return the product)
Thinking that maybe was a mistake from them, I make a phone call, after being almost 20mn waiting for a response, they said that because the box was opened, they have to charge me 10% of the total amount... Are you serious???
I went back one more time to explain that the box came open, they said that Customs opens the boxes for review, after my request to talk with a manager and check my mail explaining the reason of my return as I said the box was open, He said it will not return the full amount, even if I was not the one who opened the box.

Do not trust in this company, they are just thieves !!!
