"EXPRESS DECOR IS A FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. BEWARE!! EXPRESS DECOR DOES NOT EXIST. I paid for a kitchen sink on line on 3/25/15. I received a confirmation email that the order was received and that an email would be sent once the order was shipped. Shipping was to be in 4-6 business days. After 6 days passed without getting a shipping email or the kitchen sink, I called and email EXPRESS DECOR several times for several days without getting a response. The telephone number ***-***-**** went to a voicemail each time and no one returned my multiple calls or email. I decided to go to the business address to pick up my sink on 4/3/15. I drove up and down Roslyn Heights looking for EXPRESS DECOR and could not find the business or anyone who have heard of them. I finally found the street address given by EXPRESS DECOR as their business address, i.e. 207 Mineola Avenue. This address is a UPS store. The two men in this UPS store, who looks like they were hiding something, said EXPRESS DECOR had a post box with them to receive mail and packages and that they were looking for the male who opened up the post box but was having difficulty themselves locating him! So I am out $274.31 paid for the krauss sink to a business that does not exist. so consumers BEWARE, THIS BUSINESS "EXPRESS DECOR" DOES NOT EXIST AND IS FRAUDULENT. "

Save yourself the headache and go to amazon.com. they promise you a "lifetime Warranty"', good luck retrieving it when you have a problem."

Same day I ordered (today) I received an email from them saying it was backordered - I have to have it within 2 weeks so I went back to website and tried calling - number does not exist, nor does the "live chat". Because we didn't immediately install it, they wouldn't replace the part OR exchange the defective faucet OR accept a return because it had been just over 30 days. Do not buy from this company unless you plan to install immediately in case there are problems. You're a million times better off buying from a big box store or Amazon because they will help you."

"Site claims 1-4 day shipping. Do not believe it. When I contacted them it of course had "just left" the day before (8 days after ordering) and they didn't have a tracking number. To me the obviously had not shipped it yet and now I needed another 3-4 business days to get it. that puts me out to over 2 weeks to get my item. For a sink I need for a Granite install, I should have gone with a more reputable company to not delay my install."

When I realized my mistake a week later, I emailed the company to correct the situation. They replied with an 800 number for customer service. I called and they were very helpful and had the problem resolved immediately. The product arrive today packaged very securely. Will use again."
