"I searched the internet for some rattan garden furniture for weeks. I eventually found this company. I telephoned them and found them very helpful.

The cube set has now arrived and looks wonderful. Cant wait for summer to come so i can enjoy it.

"Cheated! I ordered a matching chair and stool. Only the chair arrived -- with no warning nor explanation afterward. Ten months later I still only have the chair (which I don't want all by itself). In the first few months when I called all Jemma would say was "We're checking on it," . . . for MONTHS! When I reached Sam the owner he said, "I"m not in the office I can't help you," for MONTHS and MONTHS. Now when I call they just hang up on me.
This is by far the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They cheated me and they have no morals."
