I called the main number and the girl was clueless and basically told me that the postage wasn't on there because I didn't have them send the cards out directly (I am sorry I wanted to see the actual product before you all sent it out and not just a proof because they sometimes are not the same). I will definitely not be using them again and will stick to using Office Depot as I normally do. Customer service was awful and product was too.... I forgot to mention when I thanked the **** the phone and told her that I will not be using their service any more she didn't apologize, say good bye or anything she just hung up on me. "
