"I have used Expresscopy 6 times for mailings of postcards to customers and potential clients. The postcards are standard size of thier design and are printed 4-color both front and back.
There is a recurring problem with the black type on the front of the cards reversing out to white behind the type. It creates a "halo" affect so the black type has a white outline around each letter. Each time i placed an order I asked them to fix the problem. They have only fixed the problem 4 times out of the 6 mailings which tells me they don't pay attention to special instructions.

I can only rate them as an "average" company due to the fact they can't seem to rectify these design flaws in their own system. I am glad they aren't my only source for mailings.
