"First of all, I want to say that I have been using Expresscopy for quite awhile. Most of the time when I call to speak with a customer service representative, they've been polite & helpful. On Friday I called for a promo code for my $160. Postcard order, I was "lectured" that I should be paying attention to my emails b/c ANY promo codes would be listed in my emails & was told to go through my "spam" to find the Expresscopy emails about discounts...1st mistake! Eventually I begrudgingly was give a promo code & when I commented that it didn't change my postcard charge I questioned why. As I was speaking, the arrogant representative said, "can you let me finish?"??? As she was attempting to explain why the credit was not showing up on my bill. She was very abrupt & talking down to me & her behavior was insulting. "
