"I was very disappointed that XpressCopy adopted the policy to add a surcharge of $6.00+ for "processing" of orders! I was happy to have received a 30% off email, but 10% of it was voided by the additional fee. Also, I requested to receive one of the pieces ordered so I would know when my clients received theirs, but never got mine. I've done sufficient business with Xpresscopy in the past that I was very satisfied with, but this order not so much."
"As a frequent customer, I was suprised that when I notified customer service about a discount code, I was advised the code that I was being given was for 15% when routinely I receive 20% discount codes. Why the discount codes anyway? If you routinely give out a 20% discount code, just automatically discount returning customers the 20%.
