"I have been an expresscopy customer for probably 10 years. The expresscopy website in the form it has been at for the past few years is basically a joke. It is obviously dated technology and turns what should be a simple process into a nightmare. It used to take me 10 minutes at the most to complete an order from start to finish and the time has at least tripled. While i like the finish product, I don't have the time to waste on trying to put together a simple order with expresscopy so I am actively looking for an alternative."
