"After" the purchase I was told to look at their return policy. It should be in bold print at the bottom of the page. So read and look closely people. The quality of clothing on the pant suit that I ordered is not worth the money. It looks like it was sewn together in a sweat shop. I am Very dissatisfied. Also, they informed me on the phone that there is a 30% percent restocking fee, so a 174.00 suit my refund was only 111.00. Plus I had to pay for it to be shipped back. To me, this is a company owned by white people exploiting African American style, dress, and its people. I will NEVER order from them again, although I will support the designers, just not with Expressurway. "
"I would like to say that I spoke with the owner of ExpressURway and he stated he would personally take care of my refund. I would recommend this company for anyone looking to order a special outfit. The staff was helpful finding my correct size and color. If problems arise in your order, I would speak to the company's owner to work it out. Thank you Expressurway for working with me.

"Poor Customer Service and unfair return policy.
I purchased two suits on their websites based on the outdated size guides they have published for customer use. Both suits were too large. I returned them for an exchange. They were delayed in responding to me so I called and spoke to the most unprofessional unpleasant person named Ashley. She was very condescending and rude, spouting off the rules and showing no concern. The person in charge of returns, Brenda finally contacted me but it has now been a month and the situation is not resolved. I have $291 in store credit, the items I want will be about 40 dollars less and they refuse to credit the balance. Ashley insisted on keeping the balance of my refund. Their practice is horrible because they do not provide current size charts and have very horrible return/refund policies. Please help me and prevent others from experiencing the same. Thanks

"I have been very please with the qaulity of the suits I have purchased. I have had trouble finding the right size, but all of the sales representatives have been very helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct sizes for all my purchases,seeing that I have a smaller waste but am quite hippy (smile). I live in a small city and the selection of fine ladies clothing is very limited. I'm so happy to have found ExpressURWay, my husband happened upon their website after Aretha Franklins hat got so much publicity after the presidential ignaguration.
