"This company is a joke. I had a claim that started on August 6th. I was excited that they had a local repair shop pick up my tv. The TV cost too much to repair and they said that they ordered a replacement on Aug 28th. Just got email that said they were out of business! They said to contact ServiceNet. ServiceNet said that they have never heard of extend4less. "
"At about half the price of what the salesman tried to talk me into... I got a 5 year warranty from extend4less. I'm writing this review because I recently had a claim on the warranty. I was skeptical about dealing by email, but an approved claim came back the same day and was honored by the local shop who picked up the TV at no charge. Overall it was better than using the phone and being on hold. Now that I know they are not only cheaper but also do pay claims, I officially recommend it. I also won an argument with my girlfriend who said they wouldn't pay!"
