The whole premise of the company is to ignore those who have been delivered faulty goods and never pay back the money and with this kind of attitude they will not last long as a company. "I placed the order over the phone, which was the first mistake (and they will call you even if you order online). The sales rep. (have the name if needed) tried to sell as much as possible at any cost - even misinformation. 3 out of four products I ordered were misshipped and I had to go through a lengthy replacement process spending hours on the numerous phone calls. Now, after a month since the order I received the last replacement that hopefully closes my experience with this company. It was my first and last purchase with them."
