"In June of 2022 scam artist dave bergman of extreme-scooters sent me pictures of a blue scooter he said he had in stock and would have that scooter re crated and sent and it would take 2 days!! Weeks went by with him saying he'd check the update??? Once I gave him money he was no longer interested in dealing with me I started looking at reviews and find out he's been doing this same scam since before 2008 how is he still in business?!?! I then told him the jig is up and asked for my money back and received $1,400 back of my $3,094 and will not get back to me about the rest I've gone through bbb, ic3, states attorney and playing the waiting game on getting the rest of my money back if i dont get my money soon i will have to file a police report please stay away from this scammer!!!"

"I ordered an Ice Bear Champion (Honda CT70 clone) a year ago and it was promised at a given date, then was told he didn't get any from that ship from China, so I had to wait another two weeks for a second ship. But I did finally get what I ordered. (fall of 2019). This year, 2021, I ordered a red Zodiak (Ice Bear) trike for my wife. Dave Bergman, the guy that handles all the internet orders (and I can't find where their two store locations are in Georgia or Texas) said he called Ice Bear in California and they had one in stock, so they put his name on it. They won't take credit cards so I had to wire them money the next day. Then he sent me a bill of sale for the Red Zodiak. But he ordered a black Maximus. I called him and told him I was the guy that put a red zodiac on hold for so he called Ice Bear back in California, and now, supposedly, they don't have one, but if I wait a month, they can get one from china. I never could get out of him what happened to the one they said they had put a hold on for him. He deals mostly by texting and he doesn't answer all texts. He seldom answers the phone and even more seldom returns phone calls. So rather than wait, we took the black Maximus and it's OK, but not as pretty or stylish as the Zodiak. Now I can't get a new bill of sale from him so that I can license it. That's certainly the last time I'll do business with them."
"These people @ EXTREMESCOOTERS.biz need to be investigated either that or just plan shut down for false advertisment. I ordered a item from them which was a gas powered ATV-Model Roketa Atv-58R this item on there web page list for 724.00$ and what I recieved was a MXR 110 Raider Atv that I could have Purchased any where on the internet for 399.00 dollars any where all day long this is the old bait and switch trick ,,,, Buyer BEWARE if you decide to buy anything from this Vendor ( A.K.A. ) one very RIPPED-OFF CUSTOMER "
"I ordered a motor and a belt for a razor e-100. The shipment I received only contained the motor. There is no way to get a hold of this business, e-mails get returned and there are never any operators available for live chat. They also do not list a phone number."
" piece of crap! and terrible customer service!! this is the first negative review i have ever left on line, who has time?? these people seriously made me upset though. i ordered two of these for my kids for christmas.... one arrived with a broken clamp and the other with a toggle on/off that doesn't work. we were out of town and i paid someone to put them together, because the x-treme scooter could not get the clamp part out on time, i had to pay my help to go buy one.... my help didn't notice the on/off didn't work on the other one, as you are supposed to charge them right before use, and these were going under the tree by "santa"... my kids and I came home to a scooter that didn't work... my 6 year old asked if he had been bad and that is why santa left him a broken scooter.... i immediately took him to toys r us and bought him a razor. then to return the faulty one! well after numerous emails, etc... pain in the butt... they finally called me and said they would pay for shipping back, but of course i have to pay to have the damned thing packed etc... it has been a nightmare and by the time it is over i have spent more on shipping and putting together (not including my time or kids feelings which are priceless) than the 129 the thing cost... stay away from this store and their products!"
"I ordered a Tank vision R-3 from
extreme-scooters.com.
I received a 250 E and was told the r-3 had cooling problems. Although there is about 11% difference in price They will not refund anything.
On top of all that the motorcycle is defective and has never run. They will not take it back"
"They pulled a blatant Bait and Switch on my order. I ordered a Vision 250 R3 and they sent me an R1. When I complained, Dave at first insisted that the order was correct. Then they said the R1 and the R3 are the same bike. Then John said the R3 had carburetor problems so only the R1 was being shipped. I verified with the Tank Sports factory outlet that they were lying about the carburetor and other things. Extreme-Scooters purposely switched the order. In addition, they charged me for a non-existent trunk accessory. Also, they collected my credit card information through their online ordering system, but then sent me an email stating they are no longer accepting credit cards and had to send a check. It is over a month later and I checked - they are still using the same system.
This dealer should not be confused with Extreme Scooters at http://www.extremescooters.biz which I read is a good site."
