But the staff of Extreme Supply assisted me throughout the process so...not a problem at all. I made another call today – spoke with someone named Matt who now informed me that he had sent email to me saying that they were out of stock. I never received such an email – looked in my deleted and junkmail folders and was not in there either. This is unacceptable and terrible customer service. I have now cancelled the order and am writing this review"

"Ordered an HJC CS-5 helmet size large, candy red. Later the same day, got a semi-literate email that said "we currently don't have the helmet you order with us if u would like a different one please call us back." I emailed back saying I'd take a different color if they had it. No response. The following week I emailed to find out the order status. Got an email back apologizing for not replying sooner and telling me the model was discontinued and did I want to try another one. I was wary of the unprofessional way they were dealing with me, so I said no thanks. I doubt I'd order anything (or try to) from them again."

"Placed my order for 2 Bell helmets on 10/14 after being told that they were in stock. On 10/16, my debit card was charged. I called to get a tracking number, and was told that one of the helmets was not in stock, and it would be a few days before it arrived. The remainder of my order was on hold awaiting the one helmet. I am currently trying to cancel the order, as I need a helmet this upcoming weekend."

"On 5-20-09 I ordered a Nolan helmet from Extreme Supply.com online.On 5-22-09 I called back and canceled the Nolan helmet.I changed the order to an AGV helmet.The Nolan helmet never shipped and I asked if I had been charged for the Nolan helmet,I was told no.I then told them do not charge me for the Nolan helmet only the AGV helmet and was told the was no problem.On 5-30-09 I got a letter from my bank stating I had several over drafts and over draft charges for them.To the tune of around $400.00 total.I had used my debit card and they had charged me for both helmets.I called them back on 6-1-09 and when the salesman looked at my accout he said oh wow.I am still working to straighten out my account and will be for awhile yet after their carelessness with my money.They do have some good prices,but the costs of doing business with them was to high when they have little concern about what they may be doing to their customers accounts.TY "
