"Was captivated by Eyebuydirect's "Buy one get one free" ad that showed up on my email three times in a two week period. So I attempted t use the code that was given with the ad only to find that the only part of the transaction was for the cost of the frame (the $29. initial cost)... so that was a bit irritating (minus one star). As far as the glasses themselves, I just ordered them, so it's much to soon to tell. The website is very user friendly, the selection is very good, the pricing is very competitive and the return policy appears to be very fair (plus four stars). After I receive the glasses, I may give Eyebuydirect five stars if the glasses are what I expect them to be. I did get 30% off my total order. It's not quite what I thought I'd receive, but in the world of discounted eye wear, it's not bad."

"The hardest part is you to pick a frame that fits you. The try it on feature, although very useful is only a guideline. Frame sizing is not exact. Maybe try it on at your local glasses place?
Everything else is a breeze."

"Eye Buy Direct gets the job done. They need more small frames. If they could consistently provide frames that you’ve already picked out previously as sometimes they’re out of stock. They send a lot of email discount codes which would be great if they would automatically put that onto your account, or send useable links automatically to your email, so that you don’t have to go looking for it or call about it when you try to order…that would be great. Otherwise the website, design, usage and “Try It On” feature with your portrait is great! Eye Buy Direct has great business ethics and the available customer service is wonderful."
