"I do not recommend buying, I made my purchase, the glasses were bad and I used the 14-day guarantee and asked for a replacement with another smaller model, they also fell badly on my face when I moved. This time I asked for a refund of my money but I did not have the option because I had previously requested the replacement of some frames that were bad, I gave them the option to buy designer ones paying a difference but they only offered me a 10% discount on non-designer brands. I do not recommend it, I had to keep the glasses and buy others in another optician. If you buy with them and they look bad on you or you don't like them, don't ask for a replacement, ask for a refund"

"It’s not a 14 day refund policy. It’s exchange. I ended up upgrading to Ray Ban because I can’t trust the measurements of the eyebuydirect brand. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses and they are basically children’s sized. Yes, I used the virtual try on and it was not accurate. There are also dark streaks around the edges of the lens which impairs the prescription. The rep was very helpful when I called, but still feeling duped. "
"It says finding a size is simple, but it's not. It says to measure from left to right screw, but then does not equate this anywhere, that I could see, with the available S M or L size categories. I found my last Eye Buy Direct glasses said ST MICHEL S 48 19 140 C4 on the inside. After reading details about the various sizes, I determined that the "S" meant "Small", so that's what I ordered. I also ordered a Medium, since I'm a 73 year old man, and don't have Small for anything. If I wanted to be more particular, and order the 48 19 140, which I believe are also size characteristics, I could find no way of doing this. You need to make the size order easier.
On to pupillary distance. My prescription says 64/61, but when I choose "two numbers" they range near 30 for each. So I assumed my numbers are across the two eyes, and the "two numbers" are from the middle outward. I chose 63, thinking it was an "average" of 64 and 61. But there's no explanation that I could find about this.
Finally, on to legibility. My sight is good. Not so, my wife's. She couldn't read the instructions. I suggest you have some obvious button that says "EASY READING", and when you press it, makes all the fonts a size 16 or higher. After all, your customers have trouble reading, right?"

"I like the options of glasses but it was annoying that every time I went into look at the details of the different glasses and the other pictures when I went back the page would start all the way back at the top again instead of where I left off. Checking out was a pain too, just very slow. Even though I had all of my info entered correctly it didn’t want to accept it, it kept saying I was missing something when I clearly wasn’t infact I checked it like 4 times to make sure everything was correct and nothing was missing but it still was being difficult.
