"This company is a total scam. DO NOT order from them! You will not get your frames no matter what they say. I called prior to ordering and they assured me the frames were in stock. When I never received them i called again and was told they have had been shipped. When I still hadn't received them i called again and was told they were on back order. I emailed them through PayPal requesting my money back with no response. This company is not even a legitimate company so don't be fooled. PayPal ruled in my favor."
"Here is how my experience went: I placed an order with eyeframeslenses.com and used Paypal (I think this might be really important). I received a receipt from paypal, but not from eyeframeslenses. I thought this was odd. After almost two weeks of hearing nothing from eyeframeslenses, I tried emailing. After 24 hours (during which I found this site with negative reviews of the business), I tried calling. After leaving two messages and three further attempts, someone finally picked up. I gave them my order number and was told that they had misplaced my order, but that the glasses would ship out the next day. I never received a shipment notification, Nonetheless, they arrived a week later as ordered.
I don't doubt that other customers have walked away empty-handed from trying to do business with eyeframeslenses. I wonder if Paypal offered me some protection that other means of payment do not. "
"This site is a SCAM. They didn't have what I ordered in stock but charged my card anyway. I told them to cancel my order but they did not and charged me $178 dollars and I never received anything from them. I disputed the charge with my credit card company. I tried to order DKNY 4616 glasses in purple and black but was told they only had them in brown (which is actually green). When I responded telling them to cancel I got no response but they charged my card never sending me anything."
"Lied to me more than once. Kept me waiting 5 weeks and then they cancelled my order. Reading reviews and trying to get answers myself makes me agree that this company (probably just a one person operation) is a scam. Go elsewhere. "
"I got my new (old) glasses yesterday and couldn't be more pleased. I had a really sweet Guess frame that broke and I set out to replace it but learned it had been discontinued. So then I attempted to have my glasses repaired. I sent them to Eyeframelenses and they determined a repair was not possible. Not a big surprise because I had been told this by some jewelers in Minnesota. So Eyeframelenses suggested a rimless frame thereby salvaging what were essentially new (and expensive) lenses. Long story short, the faith I put in Eyeframelenses paid off. My new (old) glasses were reasonable and I love the look. It required some patience but that paid off as well!"
"Horrible experience, this is scam company. Sol needs to be ashamed of him self. He was quick to take my money but will not send me an exchange or a refund. I returned the frames to the address on the shipping label per Sol's instructions, now he tells me that I sent the package to the wrong address. Rarely do they answer the phone, he does reply to email with short, rude and unprofessional remarks. I am going to keep trying to get my issue resolved; however, I am not sure that will happen. The pair of frames I received appeared to be a knock off! Save yourself money and frustration do not order from this site. "
"DO NOT BUY ANY FRAME FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! This company sold me a discontinued frame with no intention to send it to me! They did not have it in stock, and could not get it! I contacted them by phone twice, the first time I was told that they had to call around to find the frame and would email me "in a few minutes" to let me know if they could find the frame or not. Twenty-four hours later I had not received an email or call, so I called again, and had to leave a message. I also emailed them that day. Three days later, I still had not heard from them regarding the status of my order. I disputed the transaction with paypayl, and within 4 minutes had my money refunded and the dispute case was closed!! Makes me wonder if I would have ever seen my frames or a refund if I didn't dispute the transaction..;. Very shady company!

"I ordered my glasses from eyeframeslenses.com because of the low prices. After 1 week I tried to get an order status via email and telephone. I could never get an answer, nor could I log into my account on the site. I figured this was a scam, so I emailed them and asked to cancel my order. I finally received an email after two weeks of emails and phone calls. They said they were out of town and the site was down and my glasses were shipping the next day. They wouldn't let me cancel my order. I didnt' get my glasses until three weeks later. I was unable to track the package and when I emailed eyeframeslenses.com they would just respond with a three to four word email like "another couple of days" or "they are in the lab" or "wait another day". Needless to say, you get what you pay for. My glasses are new and correct, and the prices are good, but the lack of customer service and communication isn't worth it. I will never purchase from them again."
"I was drawn to EyeFramesLenses by their very competitive pricing. I've never bought prescription lenses online before and wanted to make sure I purchased from a company that seemed established and fundamentally geared toward a high quality of customer service. Ordering and receiving the lenses was a breeze, but when an issue arouse with my order the company vanished. Their website suddenly was down, I had no contact info, the packing slip only included an address.... I was concerned that I would now be stuck with a $300 pair of lenses that did not work for me. It was several weeks before the site was back and I could reach out and return my lenses. I returned them within the week, but several weeks after the return I didn't get as much as a confirmation. I reached out via email and received short response acknowledging there receipt and nothing more. I bought the lenses on the 1st of February, we are now in mid June and I still have not received a penny, nor have I been given and idea of what the solution might be. I'm extremely disappointed with the process and concerned that I might be out $300 dollars. "
