"I have purchased 2 eyeframes from this shop. The second one became defective after 5 months of purchase It is still under warranty so i emailed the sales, Maria, for assistance. Hoping that she will file a manufacturer warranty claim. Instead, she was very unhelpful. Making lots of excuses and not willing to help. I emailed her a few times after that and getting no response. Be warn. If you purchase anything from them, don't expect to get any after sales assistance when required. Very poor service"

"I am skeptical about five star ratings. I tend to read the bad reviews as they sometimes seem more authentic. However, my experiene with Eyeinform was so good it compelled me to write this review. I started my journey to purchase eye glasses at a store in one of our local malls ( Oakville , Ontario). I found a pair of frames I really liked and got a quote for my glasses with progressive lenses. The quote was for $1070. I went online to see if I could get the same glasses at a better price. Two online stores were about 15% cheaper. After about a week I found Eyeinform. I was able to purchase the exact same eyeglasses with progressive lenses for $445. Maria was my contact at eyeinform. She answered all my questions. After about three weeks I received the glasses. Who doesn't want to save over $600???"

"Bought a pair of Lightec frames that were not sold in the U.S. Frames were at a good price (cheaper than similar frames at eyeglss store hereeven after insurance discount) and were shipped quickly. Had the lenses put in at local eyeglass shop. No problems."

"Received a faulty pair of expensive eyeglass frames. Shipping charges were $18.95 to receive the frames. Return on warranty claim to cost $18.95 to return frames plus another $18.95 to receive replacement frames for a total cost of $18.95 X 3 = $56.85 for shipping costs. It would have been cheaper and less waiting time to purchase frame at the local optician and less hassle to replace faulty frame.
You are not able to contact EyeInform by telephone. Certainly would not use their services again."

"I had a good experience shopping at this simple, but authentic website. Glasses I received where authentic and they came faster than promised. Expected two weeks, got them in 10 days.
They take credit card directly, which is not the case in may other sites that require PayPal. I only trust websites that accept credit card because credit card provides consumer protection."
