"I have a favorite pair of Nine West frames and when I lost them thought I had no chance of replacing. They were sold out just about everywhere, but I found the frames on Eyeglasses4all so I went for it and hoped for the best. Got my frames in less than a week and they are perfect! "I placed an order for my glasses on Nov 9th. I sent several follow up emails, as I had chosen Next Day Air Saver (which I assumed, after processing, I should get my glasses in 5-7 business days). It has now been 3 weeks with little to no response from the company, and still no glasses. My credit card has been charged the full amount. Very dissatisfied. Will not order again."
"This is my first time ordering from them. Yes, i was a bit skeptical after i read some reviews but i decided to gamble and I COULDN'T BE ANY HAPPIER!!!!! I saved $210 by ordering on eyeglasses4all instead of gaffos AND I received my pair of D&G glasses in LESS THAN A WEEK from the day i ordered them. They're beautiful and 100% authentic. "I bought a pair of glasses that were 1/2 price in this website rather than the store I chose the glasses! I was not sure if they are authentic or not, but they are really authentic.
The only cons is that there is no cloth in the package, I am going to call the customer service now!"
"I saw these negative reviews before ordering, and decided to risk it because their prices were great. BIG MISTAKE. I ordered my frames on Nov. 29, and 10 days later they call to tell me the frames are backordered (NOTE: never at any point during this whole ordeal has the status of these frames changed from "in stock" on their website) and they didn't have a restock date. Four days after that, I get an email saying they were shipped. I track this through USPS, and they say they've only received the electronic shipping info. Ten days later this tracking status hasn't changed. I called and emailed Eyeglasses4all's custom service multiple times trying to find someone who could tell me what was going on. They tell me they've ordered a package trace, but never got back to me. I called again a week later, and they ordered a new trace. I got an email on 12/26 telling me that USPS lost the package, and that the frames I'd ordered were now discontinued. While they offered to send a similar pair, I'm done with company. I've cancelled my order.
That this same thing happens to so many other customers (judging by all the other reviewers on here) says a lot about the trustworthiness and reliability of this company. Totally unacceptable service. "
"This company is by far the worst I have ever dealt with for customer service. Please be aware they will not honor the one year warranty on frames. I purchased Coach frames from them that was apparently seconds. The coating starting peeling within 3 months of wear. The customer service # is a joke. You will never get through and if you do you will be put off. Please stay away from this company if you want any kind of service."
"In all honesty, I've never dealt with such horrible customer service. Apparently, the women involved in customer service need to be fired because they are absolutely inadequate and inept. I ordered a pair of glasses from them in June and supposedly I would receive it in less than one week. Long story short, I actually received it one month later after I repeatedly called them and they told me each time that they would send it. That's not even the worst. After waiting for a month I received a voicemail from them saying that my credit card has expired in their files because of the period of time it took to charge it. So they told me that I had to give them my credit card number again and I did but the inept girl on the line said that it did not go through and I had to give it to her again. Turns out she charged me TWICE and after I called back to confront her, she said this annoying comment twice "Well, that sounds interesting." She implied that I was lying. But in my first phone all after the double charge this incompetent fool TARIS admitted that they had charged me twice and that the extra charge would be refunded. I told her that if it wasn’t in the 2 day time limit that she gave me I would call back. I patiently waited THREE days and she tells me that there was no charge, then that the charge was refunded. I held my composure during the last phone call and told her to expect my bank too call her. Anyways, these people adamantly protested that they had not charged me twice even though my bank had the proof that they had charged me $90 twice and the transaction was not even pending, THEY HAD MY MONEY. Thank goodness, justice prevailed and my bank filed a complaint and returned my $90 the next day. Two days after I finally received my glasses, which were very nice but this service was PURE CRAP."
"While I was really happy with the prices they listed, I was EXTREMELY UNHAPPY with how long they take to get your glasses to you. I read the reviews that said how slow this company is, but I figured it couldn't be that bad and that the money I was saving would make up for slow shipping/processing. I regret that decision, now. I ordered and paid for IN-STOCK eyeglasses on 8/24/12, and it's now 9/19/12 and my order is still listed as "processing." This is after their customer service people told me the glasses would be in 3 weeks ago. Buyer beware..... you get what you pay for........ eventually...... maybe."
"I would never recommend ordering from eyeglasses4all.com. I ordered a pair of glasses for my son on 8/31/12. They were supposed to ship within 2-3 business days and I was to receive them within 3-5 business days (according to their website). By 9/7, I still hadn't received them or a shipping confirmation. I chatted with someone at the company online who told me they were to ship out on 9/10. I called on 9/12 when I still didn't have a shipping confirmation and was told they still haven't shipped and the person (Paris) could not tell me why. Obviously, I cancelled my order and ordered online with Sears. I will never place an order with eyeglasses4all and I recommend you don't either if you want to actually receive the glasses."
"I order a pair of sunglasses, got my confirmation email, and then a week and a half passed without hearing back from this company. When I finally got a hold of someone in customer service, they told me that the sunglasses I had order were on back-order and would not be available for over a month. I'm not sure when (if ever) they planned on letting me know this information. The website still says that the model I ordered are "in-stock" so its likely that someone else has fallen into the same trap. I'd advise everyone to shop elsewhere!!!"
"I received a defective, irregular pair of expensive frames from Eyeglasses4All. When I called to request a return, I was told that I would have to pay to ship them back AND my refund would be less the original shipping charges. So I ended up paying for their mistake. I was told that they would pay for the shipping both ways if I ordered a replacement but not only was I not about to waste any more time ordering and returning another potentially defective pair, but the customer service representative was so snotty that I wanted no further business with this company. When I mentioned that their policy really wasn't fair considering it was their error, she curtly replied that she couldn't help if it was fair or not, basically saying it was not her problem. To add insult to injury, when I looked at the label for the shipping that they paid to send the glasses to me, not only had it actually cost substantially less than what I had paid for shipping but they had also lied about the true weight of the package in order to get a cheaper rate. Eyeglasses4All has poor customer service, shady business practices and the prices aren't even that much cheaper than you can find elsewhere."
"I purchased my pair of Ray-Ban eyeglasses at Eyeglasses4all and couldn't be any happier with my purchase and the overall experience with them.
I mistakenly entered a wrong prescription number while ordering and only noticed it once the frame arrived. I called up the company and they were very accommodating and replaced them for me with not much of a fuss. I did have to wait some time for the second shipment to arrive but I can't really complain on that...
I was very satisfied with my purchase and will definitely order my next pair with them as well.

"I would like to give props to one of the sales associates at Eyeglasses4all.com named Emma. She was an angel. I have not received my glasses yet but wanted to say that she helped a neurotic mother buy a pair of glasses who ended up changing the lens 3 times. The glasses are for my son and I was not sure on the PD (I know I should of went and had it professionally measured, this I suggest you do!) but it's a low enough script that we should be fine. I also do not suggest using the rulers you can print offline - they are not accurate. Use a cenitmeter ruler (there are 10 mm in a cm)if you choose not to get it professionally done... So thank you Emma for all your help!"
"I have made five separate orders from Eyeglasses4all including five eyeglass frames and one sunglass frame. Every order has gone smoothly and arrived quickly. One set of frames went on backorder as the frames were sold out, but they rung me and said so straight away. I rung around some other retailers who said they didn't have the frame in stock either. There are cheaper online retailers but I prefer to buy from eyeglasses4all as their service is superb.
As an aside, I don't understand why other reviewers complain about the fit of their glasses... it is a good idea to try on the frames if possible in a store first then order them online. It is not the online retailers fault if the frames don't fit or suit your face."
