"Eyeglasses4All must have worked out the issues of the other reviewers because my experience was very good. I purchased prescription lenses in Oakley frames and the lens quality is very good. The only problem I had with my order was that I placed it during the Christmas holiday so it added additional time before I received the glasses so I called customer service for status. It was worth the wait, I am happy and will be ordering again from Eyeglasses4All.

"The only reason I'm even giving a one star review is because you can't give these folks a negative review. My situation is almost EXACTLY like the one listed above. Through my interactions with the company I have been blatantly lied to. I've spoken to only ONE person at the company but every time I call she claims to be someone else (don't bother asking for a manager).
The final straw came when after a month of back and forth when I was supposed to receive my item they shipped it to the wrong address: a mishmash of my billing and my shipping address (both of which were different.) I called to complain was told it was my fault and was hung up on several times despite keeping my composure and trying to maintain a professional demeanor.
You get what you pay for. In this case, it's poor service, possible fraud, and non-fulfillment. I'll be lucky to get my money back and regret ever having given these folks my credit card number. Will be reporting to the Better Business Bureay."

"Their website shows they have stock on everything but when you place an order, they send you an email telling you they don't and it won't be available for weeks. Then you have to cancel or select something else. I selected something "in stock" and was told it would ship in 2 days.
Since then the company has a note on their website, they are on vacation between 9/21-10/4, although my order shows it shipped since the 20th, I have not received anything. There is no tracking number, no way to cancel online, since they are closed there is no way to talk to anyone, no one replies to emails..
This is the worst purchasing I made by far, save yourself from frustration, pay few more bucks and get it from somewhere else. These people are bunch of crooks.."
