When I got the pair of sunglasses I ordered, they didn't send me the original box, no tags attached, stickers and booklet. I was also doubtful of its authenticity. I just didn't return it since they charge a 20% restocking fee. Buyer Beware!"

"Was in dire need of a pair of sunglasses, but the only problem was that I wear prescription glasses already. I stumbled upon Eyegoodies and noticed that a pair of Super sunglasses could be fitted with prescription lenses, so I sent an inquire to Customer Service. Their rep, Michael, replied back in a VERY timely manner and ran me through how much the prices would be for the lenses and everything else. He was very, VERY helpful.
After finalizing my decisions on what shades I wanted, I made the purchase alongside the lenses with my prescription. The next day, I get a shipping confirmation! Now, I'm wondering at this point how they made my lenses so fast, so I'm thinking they may have forget to add them. Sent another e-mail to Michael and he reassured me that the lenses were indeed added and that they were ready to make the lenses as soon as I made my order purchase. AMAZING!
Received the package in just two days! The sunglasses are soooooo great and I'm extremely happy with them! The prescription lenses are fantastic and I'm happy to say that I can finally wear some sunglasses and actually see with them on, haha.

"This store is very good. The product was as promised and was delivered on time. But that is not all. The customer service is above average, really excellent. After I ordered my sunglasses (Persol 2244S-505/58), Amy Townsen wrote me that they were out of stock. Throughout the process Amy gave me constant updates and options, even sending me photos of other sunglasses available that were similar. Usually you have to wait a few days for an answer on questions, but Amy always answered my questions the same day or the next day. It is so nice to finally get customer service from an online store. "I was devastated when I lost my favorite pair of red rimmed Ray Ban Aviators. Since they are discontinued, they are extremely hard to find.
After calling area stores and searching online, I found the exact same pair on Eyegoodies.com. I ordered them on a Sunday night and by Tuesday they were at my door.
When I wasn't satisfied because they were not exactly like the old ones, I emailed customer service to inquire about an exchange. By the next morning, I had the information I needed to make the return. I sent them back and within days, my perfect pair was at my door. Unlike other places, I did not get charged for the shipping exchange and all was processed in a quarter of the time of other online retailers I have used in the past.

"I have been shopping online since 1995. Besides Amazon, Eyegoodies was by far the best online experience I have had. The online purchase was simple yet clear. The service was second to none. I inquired on a couple of additional items after I placed my order. The staff was responsive, courteous, and oozing of wanting to please customers. This retailer is also very knowledgeable in their area (glasses). A great find as far as I am concerned.
Only suggestion would be to use a shipper other than Postal Service whose name I discovered is an example of an oxy moron."
"I am baffled by the above two reviews. I ordered sunglasses from them on 7/1/08 and todays date is 7/22/08 and still do not have the right glasses.
For one there site says they stock all items listed. After 4 days without a ship date I decided to email them (which is the only way to get in touch with them and I recommend not doing business with people you can't talk to). I received a response almost a full day later stating that they were waiting for there shipment. What? Why wasn't I informed that they didn't have them in stock? So I waited until the date they gave me, still nothing. I emailed them and they gave me a new excuse but promised shipment the next day. Finally they shipped on the July 11th via USPS (the worst carrier in the world).
I missed the delivery which was sig required and had to go down to the post office. Picked up the package and what do ya know, wrong glasses!! My assumption is that they just shipped what they had to get me off there back. So I emailed again and they said "sorry, send them back and we will get the right ones out immediately". I got them shipped and they got delivered back to them thursday July 17th. I expected friday to get a shipment notice after all they have them in stock... nothing. So I again emailed them to ask them what was going on. Didn't hear anything.
Sunday July 20th I get a Click-N-Ship(R) Notification from usps and thought cool! It is now tuesday and the tracking info on the usps web site still states "Status: Electronic Shipping Info Received" which indicates to me that they just initiated a tracking number, to again, get me off there back. Why? Not sure. Seems like a lot of trouble to go through to sell some sunglasses.
