"The Oakley spectacles that I received look real however, it does not come complete with a retail box as stated in their website. It comes with a 3rd party retail box which I saw this 3rd party sell cheaper in ebay than Eyewearpros.com on the exact item. If I know I am not getting the retail box from Oakley, I will go to this 3rd party since the item is the same and very much cheaper. Have written to them on this matter and other matter, they never bother to response, very poor customer service."

"They don't match prices. I posted questions on my account that were never answered. It took almost a month to get my sunglasses AND THEY SENT THEM POSTAGE DUE!!!! They are scamming the post office by saying the package weighs 7 ounces when it weighed 2.6 pounds. So, the cost was passed onto me! Never buy anything from these people. EVER!"

"I ordered a pair of sunglasses on December 9, 2012 and paid through paypal $339.97 for these sunglasses. As of June 13, 2013, I have still not received these sunglasses and have been e-mailing, calling, leaving voice mail messages, and sending letters on a daily basis for the last few months with no resolution to this situation. I think it is totally unreasonable and unfair that I cannot be issued a refund for this order that I have never received. I have never been able to call their phone number and have a person answer and spead to me regarding getting a refund. I have never in my life dealt with a company like this. "
