I called the number and just get disconnected and am told someone will get back to me about my order status and no one bothers too. Am told my item will be back in stock in a week and it is not and no one bothers to send me an email explaing why."

"Ordered my item over a week ago, they emailed me to verify something. I called them back 2 minutes after the email was received and the phone just rings and rings. They never answer calls, don't ship out your item and steal your money. These people need to be shut down."
"So I placed an order and then looked at the past reviews. I was worried to say the least. I left a message and Jarad called me back quickly. I was assured my order was going out Monday and it did. Had it by Tuesday. (I live pretty close) So for me I rate them excellent based on the quick shipping and the fact all my calls were returned promptly. Box also came with a 2017 10% off discount code. I'll be pushing for a refund. I've waited 5 days for an automated response. They don't answer their calls at all. This website does not deserve business."
"It took almost a month for my order to come in. I called twice about my order and was given the excuse that one bottle of juice was available but the other was not. When I called the second time, they told me the order would be shipped within a week. I asked them if it could be shipped overnight at their expense and was told "no, because it would cost what the juice cost." My total was almost $40 for 2 bottles of juice. I SERIOUSLY doubt it cost $40 to send two bottles overnight. I will not order from this business again. No apology was given by the staff. "
"I'm still awaiting my package. I ordered on the 24th of August and it's now 2nd of September. I did NOT click on waive signature but yet it shows that I waived signature. I did not. I will call during business hours to see where my order is but very frustrating not to have gotten it yet.
As far as prices and selection I am extremely pleased with everything else.
I'm just aggravated my order has not got here and you would think with priority shipping it would be here. Poor customer service, I was just given an excuse that they were busy but over a week later I do not have my juice.
