"I never received my order, and so I ended up having to buy the same part elsewhere. After waiting about 6 weeks for the order from F25, while tracking information showed it was "in transit," I contacted the company and was told that it had been delivered to a post office somewhere in Massachusetts, even though I live in Maine, which is what is on the shipping address. Worse, instead of simply issuing me a refund. as I had requested, they asked if it might have been delivered to some "family member," and then asked me to contact the post office in Massachusetts to see what happened. Really? After waiting almost two months for my order and finally learning that it was sent to the wrong address, now I am the one who needs to track it down - not you? Just refund my money, please!"
