I had a horrible experience with a rep after I made it clear of all the parts I was in need for then to find out one of the most important part was left out of the invoice and the rep didn't wanna take responsibility for it. He then belittle me on the phone telling me maybe it's my fAult I failed to order the part when I specifically said to him this is the 1st priority part in which I need along side others.
