Waited a week, waited some more, until I had to follow up with the tracking number. The part was actually not in stock, waiting for the supplier, as they told me they dropship some parts and they have to wait for the other company to ship. Really horrible experience. Now I have to cancel the order and try to get it from some other company that actually has the part. This store it’s ridiculous. Please don’t state in your website that you have the part and ready to ship when you really don’t. That’s is very misleading advertising. "

"Been using FCP for awhile now and will continue to do so for several reasons:
- Website is easy to use. So many sites out there are trying to look pretty or modern with huge buttons/panes that require you to scroll forever. Example: Bav Auto used to be my go-to, then they redesigned their website to be modern, which made it so frustrating to use, and then they closed the doors soon after.

- Customer support is very good. Most recent part that I bought was defective, contacted them about it and it was no hassle to get a brand new one shipped out that day for next day air (I offered to pay for next day shipping but they insisted on covering it)

- Haven't really seen better prices anywhere else, especially with the lifetime warranty

- Love the supplemental info such as the interactive 3D exploded diagrams. Shows how much effort they are putting in"
