Like the fee shipping, but UPS was much faster, and when the car is down and you need a part it matters

2. Items were damaged from the box being open and seems at some point in the shipping all of the contents had fallen out there was no packing material just my stuff bouncing around in a box.

4.I went ahead and took my parts to the shop to have them installed, great They sent the wrong part. of course
5.Finally got the correct part shipped to me and had it installed, well the part failed within a matter of weeks and had to get another part shipped to me and I had to pay again for installation.. The worst experience I have ever had so I refused to even attempt to call them again.. will advise everyone on the 5 different bmw forums I am on NOT to buy from FCP "

"I ordered a 3rd party radiator for my old Audi A8 in Hong Kong. I was glad to have my car fix right away with it after waiting for one-week air delivery time. The radiator was in good quality and could be installed perfectly without any minor adjustment.
One little comment is that there was no way to track the status of the shipment for int'l delivery. I could only know the goods was cleared at HK's customs but not the delivery date.
FCP has a user-friendly website that I can choose my part within 5 minutes and it is highly efficient in processing customer's order. FCP gives me confidence to order parts from overseas in the future.
To conclude, I am willing to pay more on shipping cost to order parts from FCP rather than from some online shops in China. "
