I always order either on Monday or Tuesday and I always get my parts on time before the weekend to start working on my projects. One time they forgot to include my water pump for my 335i in the water pump replacement kit but they honestly took care of me and next day shipped my water pump in time to replacement it on my 335i that weekend.
