"FCP has become our new favorite online parts distributor for our racecars and daily drivers. We’ve owned and operated several 24 Hours Of Lemons racecars since 2013. One of our guest drivers turned us on to FCP last year after the major engine failures of our Porsche and Volvo racecars at the same race. Trying to endurance race a 951 and keep it in the “budget” classification is really hard. But by now buying all the parts for the racecars from FCP we won’t have to worry about this huge cost in the future when we blow up again. I personally think FCP is crazy with their replacement policy, but the lifetime replacement on our expensive Porsche, BMW and Volvo parts has become a major factor for keeping the racecars on the track at bottom price. "I only found out about FCPEURO 2 years ago. Up to that point, I had been purchasing parts for my fleet of BMW's through dealers, local European parts stores, and online.
My experience with dealers and parts stores has always left me feeling like I was somehow an inconvenience to the counter persons day. Non current model parts typically weren't in stock, and often took multiple days to arrive at the dealer. Drop shipping typically was not available, so I had no choice but to wait, often for days or weeks for parts to arrive. Then I needed to schedule pick up at the dealer during their business hours.

Unlike the many dealer interactions I have endured, every point of contact I have had with their staff has been friendly and professional. Any questions I have are answered by representatives that are familiar with what they sell. Their website has product reviews and How-To features that other sites fail to include. They offer both Genuine and OEM quality parts. They won't offer something they don't stand behind. Each item has a Fitment guide to detail all the vehicle models the part will fit, as well as any alternate part numbers that may apply. This comes in handy with superseded and obsolete part numbers, and is especially useful with older cars.
Being a do-it-yourself-er, I either need to know to the finest detail exactly what parts I am going to need to complete a project, or I'm going to be hung up. It's unlikely that the dealer is going to be knowledgeable enough to supply me with everything I need to complete the job. Their function is typically a "We'll order what you ask for" approach. FCPEURO offers parts kits that contain all the necessary bits to do the project. Ever order a part, wait until it arrives, pick it up, and pull apart your car, only to find out that there was a gasket you needed? Well if you're like me, that particular gasket is back-ordered until March of 2028. FCPEURO researches and creates job kits so that you don't find yourself up the creek. I've spent 25 years working on European cars, and that feature alone has saved me many more times than I care to admit.
The other big feature that FCPEURO offers is "Lifetime Replacement". Yes, it's actually a thing, Yes they honor it, Yes I've personally used it, and Yes it's one of the most epically awesome things in the automotive industry! Here's an example of how it works: I buy a spark plug from them(could be an alternator or whatever) and install it in my car. A year later I do a service and find that the plug I bought seems to have an issue. I order another of that plug from their site. Once the new plug arrives, I hop on the site and click a few buttons to receive a Return Authorization. I then package up the first plug and send it back to them. Once they receive the plug, They issue me a refund for the purchase price. This is their policy for as long as I own that car. To reiterate-Epic!!

"Like the title says, everything was fine but the intake manifold I ordered came with an extra breather valve. no instructions which is fine, but after a few minutes of research found exactly where to mount to an existing location with the bolt provided. Car is running 100 times better. Fuel economy is 6MPG better than when broken and ~1.5 mpg better from original intake manifold."
