"I always have positive experience with FCP Euro. As a Canadian resident we do not have lots of choice here except dealer. FCP Euro provides wide variety of quality product to choose and their shipping price to Canada is reasonable. They have great customer service to deal with. All in all I have been happy customer. The only thing that I can suggest is that giving Canadian customers shipping discount as they do for USA. Free shipping after a certain amount of purchase would be an encouraging tokens for Canadian customers. Sometimes shipping plus custom kills the deal.

"PLEASE STOP USING UPS. I paid extra for "faster shipping" and although it got there faster than the free shipping, the box was compromised.. I was very unhappy with how the box looked! The FCP Euro (blue packing) tape was cut open.. and most of my merchandise was opened up.. I can only assume it was UPS's preventative measures for keeping safety for the customers.. I called UPS Headquarters to see if they did a like-kind TSA safety check, but they didn't have anything in their records that they did that.. All in all, I'm happy with how my merchandise is performing in my car, but I'm willing to pay a few more dollars (that's all) for FEDEX or USPS faster shipping because they're a lot more mindful and respectful of their customers.. I don't want to be the "stapler guy" from Office Space.. but I certainly wasn't happy, and I hope that FCP Euro takes my advice seriously.. At the end of the day... I felt violated..."
